A successful and growing international company based in Houston is looking for an Account Manager to help them promote both a diverse product range, and Software Solutions.

This position has arisen due to recent growth and some new products in their portfolio that compliments their extensive Software Solutions offering. (All focused on creating engineering digital assets)

Our client works with customers that are managing highly technical engineering projects predominantly in oil and gas but also the construction, nuclear and energy sectors.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked in the  Oil and Gas  industry that is interested in leveraging their experience and selling solutions.

The company has a great reputation in the Industry enjoying a larger market share and products that are instantly recognized and respected.

This is a full-time/permanent position and along with a competitive salary, they have a strong commission plan and excellent company benefits.  


  • Experience as an Account Manager or in a Sales role in Oil and Gas
  • A solutions mindset when qualifying clients
  • The ability to qualify clients needs and frame solutions for them
  • Experience selling Software and solutions 
  • Excellent customer and relationship building skills
  • Self-driven and motivated.  Ability to pick up new concepts quickly. 
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail orientated with strong follow-up skills.
  • Experience selling software into the Engineering Sector specifically, would be a bonus
