Our client is an early-stage, VC-funded FinTech company, based in NYC that is building a world-class team, capable of moving quickly to deliver high-quality technology in one of the largest global industries. 

This will be a hybrid role (in office 3 days/week) in NYC located in Hudson Yard. For an exceptional candidate, they will consider 100% remote.

They're looking for a full-stack engineer who will be focusing the development of all server-side logic for their APIs written in Python/Django/REST as well as building performant front-end systems in Angular. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Development and integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Have exposure to the sales teams to prioritize what can improve our revenue
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Interact with customers and support them in being successful
• Ensuring scalability of back-end systems

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience scaling performant Front-end systems powered by robust RESTful API systems.
• Experience using Python, Django, Angular and AWS
• An understanding of what makes high-performance front-ends operate & scalability
