This role is for someone with a strong background in HVAC installation/repair and exceptional customer service skills.

Our client offers a Home Concierge service that gives its home-owning customers peace of mind with any maintenance and home repairs. They are growing their internal expertise with Master Carpenters, Electricians, and the most recent position where they require a Senior HVAC specialist. 

This company is rolling out its Home Services offering across Texas and will soon expand to other states. The plan is then to take that blueprint across the US. So it could be a growth opportunity for the right person!

This is a full-time, salaried (plus full benefits) position where you will have the opportunity to grow part of the business and take on increasing responsibility within the organization.  You will also get generous shares in the business that will increase as funding does!

This role also comes with a generous bonus structure, a company vehicle, and great benefits! Their current customer base is in north Dallas so we are looking for someone in that general location.

Requirements

Extensive experience in HVAC in a residential environment ( Hands-on )

Must have a valid state driver’s license and pass pre-employment background. 

Exceptional customer service and communication skills
