This role is for someone with a background in HVAC installation/repair who has a customer service approach with your clients.

Our client is a well-funded, fast-growing, consumer services & technology startup company that is transforming how home maintenance is performed. They are growing rapidly in the greater Austin area and are launching in other cities/states too.  We are looking for an HVAC Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality solutions and building lasting relationships.

If you come equipped with solid experience in HVAC installation & repair, a commitment to delivering high-quality work, and a desire to find a long-term growth opportunity, our client will provide a supportive, robust training program, and the tools for you to be successful. 

This is a full-time, salaried with benefits and bonus opportunities.  

Requirements for the role:

•  Experience in a hands-on HVAC role 

•  You enjoy figuring out problems and fixing them by yourself. 

•  You are okay with commuting from Austin to San Antonio as required.        

•  An HVAC License (Tech 2 or Tech 3) 

•  Great communicator. Great listener. Great people skills.

•  Must have a valid state driver’s license and pass a pre-employment background check.
