Our client provides HVAC rental solutions (temporary cooling, heating, dehumidification, and power solutions). Offering equipment such as portable air conditioners, cooling towers, chillers, heaters, dehumidifiers, generators, and power distribution systems, they meet HVAC rental needs nationwide

What You Will Do:

• Act as a Team Lead
• Process customer orders received from the sales department or branch manager, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that encourage repeat business.
• Install equipment as necessary.
• For heating equipment, run temporary hoses to connect with natural gas or propane sources.
• Install flexible ductwork as needed for temporary applications.
• Perform initial equipment startup and necessary service repairs.
• Conduct equipment reconditioning per established work instructions and complete required checklists.

Additional Duties for Higher-Level Technicians:

• Clean chillers and large air conditioning equipment.
• Retrieve required accessories from inventory for shipping with chiller or large AC orders.
• Aid in the loading of chillers and large air conditioning equipment.
• Start up and troubleshoot oil-fired heating equipment.
• Diagnose and repair air conditioning equipment, including refrigerant circuit management.
• Support the installation of air-cooled chillers and large package HVAC rental units.

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of Commercial HVAC Experience
• A 2-year HVAC certificate and/or Universal Refrigeration Certificate or equivalent experience is preferred
• EPA Certification
• Ability to be on-call
