Our client is a provider of HVAC repair and maintenance services to commercial restaurants, and Food Service providers. We are looking for candidates with experience troubleshooting and repairing hotside commercial kitchen equipment. 

What You Will Do:

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to offer comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking and other specialty food service equipment
• Properly troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Kitchen Equipment, including cooking, and other specialty food service equipment
• Communicate with manufacturers as needed to help with diagnoses and parts identification
• Consult with the Technical Assistance Group for technical support while onsite
• Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory

Requirements:

• Experience with commercial restaurant appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or relevant military service
• Willingness to respond to customer calls/e-mails / texts during evenings/weekends. 
• Relevant technical training, licenses, or certifications (i.e. EPA, CFESA)
