Our client is a leading provider of repair and preventative maintenance services for commercial refrigeration, cooking, beverage, and HVAC equipment. 

We are looking for someone with experience working with Rack Refrigeration systems. 

What You Will Do:

• Offer comprehensive service solutions for commercial refrigeration equipment and appliances
• Properly troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial refrigeration equipment
• Communicate with manufacturers as needed to help with diagnoses and parts identification
• Consult with the Technical Assistance Group for technical support while onsite
• Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory

Requirements:

• Experience with commercial rack refrigeration systems.
• Willingness to respond to customer calls/e-mails / texts during evenings/weekends. 
• EPA Certification Requirements
