Head of Marketing / Growth Marketing Manager - B2C User Growth

We are looking for someone based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX. 

Our client is a leading international shopping, rewards, and payments platform with nearly 50 million users globally and 20,000 retail partners. This role will be part of a newly created team here in North America. 

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing leader to drive customer acquisition, growth, and campaigns. In this role, you’ll collaborate with local teams and regional stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals. Our ideal candidate has a background in leading marketing efforts in the e-commerce / B2C space focused on User Acquisition. 

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement high-ROI strategies to drive user acquisition, growth, and retention across channels like CRM, social media, partnerships, digital marketing, content, and influencers.
    • Drive Demand Growth: Oversee user development funnels for existing and new business initiatives, ensuring consistent growth.
    • Analyze and Optimize: Leverage data and reports to derive actionable insights, present impactful analyses, and recommend key initiatives for optimization.
    • Report Performance: Monitor and evaluate campaign outcomes, providing detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
    • Manage Budgets: Oversee marketing budgets, ensure accurate ROI forecasting, and allocate investments strategically.

Requirements:

    • Experience: 5–8 years in performance marketing strategy and team management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in B2C eCommerce (User Growth), payments, social media, or start-ups.
    • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to design and execute impactful, creative marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
    • Strategic Problem-Solver: A structured thinker who excels at breaking down complex challenges into actionable solutions.
    • Data-Driven: Expertise in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategy, decision-making, and product development priorities.
    • Business Acumen: Skilled in budget management, commercial decision-making, and performance reporting.
