General Manager - B2C Rewards / Payment Platform

We are looking for someone based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX. 

Our client is a leading international shopping, rewards, and payments platform with nearly 50 million users globally and 20,000 retail partners. This role will be part of a newly created team here in North America. You will oversee supply (recruiting retail partners) and demand (growing the consumer user base) with both a Head of Marketing and a Head of Business Development reporting to you. 

You will lead growth in North America, leveraging bold strategies and high-impact decisions that will affect millions of customers. As the driving force behind your business unit, you’ll inspire and empower your team to dominate the market. We’re seeking a fearless, results-driven leader ready to make tough calls and create a lasting impact.

Requirements: 

    • Marketing & Sales Expertise: Background in eCommerce or internet-based businesses is highly desirable. Experience in the rewards/payments platform space is highly desirable. 
    • Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in building, managing, and motivating high-performing teams. 
    • Innovative Strategist: Strong creative problem-solving skills with a proven ability to craft and implement impactful strategies.
