Product Manager - SaaS Fraud Prevention

This role is hybrid (1-2X/week in-office), ideally in Austin, TX.
This is a customer-facing Product Manager role responsible for developing fraudtech SaaS software products that support financial institution customers in their fraud prevention efforts within the digital banking channel, primarily focused on Transaction Monitoring fraud prevention. We are looking for candidates with strong Fraud Prevention backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of business cases for partnerships and fraudtech products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Work with partners and internal teams to drive product adoption and sales
- Help maintain partnership with CyberSecurity teams internally
- Apply your knowledge of fraud & security in the financial industry to improve our products
- Contribute to the fraud domain product strategy and roadmap including prioritization of initiatives and definition of the features and capabilities that will create value for our customers
- Help define success metrics for projects and tie them to business objectives
- Listen to client feedback and transform it into actionable insights
- Work with engineering and UX teams to understand technical and user experience trade-offs
- Research market trends and opportunities in the fraud prevention space
Product Management Core Skills:

Industry / Technical requirements:
- Must have fraud prevention experience, ideally in the Software / SaaS industry.
- You have a strong acumen using data and analytics to identify fraud and security risks
- You have a deep working knowledge of payment channels and fraud associated with consumer and commercial payment forms
- You understand how behavioral insights and fraud mitigation techniques work together
- You're knowledgeable about fintech solutions and anti-phishing techniques
- Understanding of agile development processes and bi-weekly release cycles
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
