Senior Account Executiuve - Nephrology / Cardiology Solutions
This role can be based anywhere in the United States and is 100% Remote.
Our client is a Healthtech startup that is growing quickly and expects to be profitable in 2025.
They are looking for a defactor Head of Sales / Hunter who can help them source and close agreements with Doctors' offices and Regional practices, specifically in the Nephrology and Cardiology space. In this role, you will be selling solutions (HW / SW) geared at improving patient outcomes while driving revenue for their practices. You will be the only salesperson at the company for now and need to be very comfortable operating in a hands-on, autonomous role, though you will work closely with the CEO to get up and running.
The company would be open to different compensation packages like Base + Commission, but would particularly be interested if you were open to a 100% commission model, where they would pay very aggressive commissions based on revenue generated.
Requirements:
- Must have an established network of Doctors to call on in the Nephrology or Cardiology space.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing deals geared towards the Nephrology / Cardiology space.
- Confident about making an impact quickly in terms of closing deals and adding recurring revenue. Excited about the prospect of working hard, making a big difference, and earning aggressive commissions.
- Interested in joining an early-stage but scaling startup (and ideally has experience going through this).
- Wants to be an individual contributor with the prospects of growing the sales function, and building out process/structure as the company scales.
