Director, Implementations & Customer Success

Austin, TX

We are searching for a Director, Implementations & Customer Success, reporting to the CEO. 

Our client is a well-funded, pre-Series-A,  profitable, and rapidly growing health-tech startup based in Austin, TX. Ideally, we are looking for someone in Austin who is open to meeting in person occasionally when not traveling. 

Their solution delivery model involves working closely (in person) with Doctors (Mainly Cardiologists and Nephrologists) around the US to manage clinical deployments. This multifaceted role involves aspects of customer operations, project management, implementation, and customer success.

As this is an early-stage, scaling startup, we are looking for someone in the near term who has the ability to execute tactically, problem solve, and measurably improve the performance of customer operations / KPI's. 

This role will include a Salary and early-stage equity. 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary client point of contact for new implementations. 
  • Own operations, efficiency, and KPI’s for existing clients
  • Manage client relationships. Travel to client sites occasionally. 

Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Success / Implementation / Operations experience
