Recruiting Manager
This role is in-office in Austin, TX. You must be local or willing to re-locate.
Our client is looking for a driven and resourceful recruiting professional to lead end-to-end hiring in 2026 and beyond). This role will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s next chapter of growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and thrives on the challenge of finding exceptional talent—not just waiting for applicants to apply. You’ll manage around 30 hires this year across a variety of positions, ranging from hands-on field roles to key leadership and operational hires
Our client is a well-funded multi-site services / technology company. This role will include base salary + equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for approximately 30 hires annually across roles such as Home Services Managers, Carpenters, Sales Representatives, Operations and City Managers, and select corporate positions.
- Source high-quality, passive candidates using creative sourcing methods (beyond Indeed and traditional job boards).
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines through social platforms, networking, referrals, and industry outreach.
- Partner directly with leadership to define hiring needs, shape role descriptions, and align recruiting strategy to business goals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s mission and culture to identify and attract “moneyball” hires — exceptional talent who accelerate results.
- Own the recruiting metrics, ensuring consistent communication with hiring managers and measured progress toward hiring goals.
- Continuously refine and improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience to support a high-growth environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house) with a demonstrated track record of proactive sourcing.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and job levels, ideally including both field-based and white-collar positions.
- Strong sourcing chops and creative approach to finding and engaging passive candidates.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in fast-moving, startup-style environments where you build from scratch.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Relentless drive to deliver measurable results and help a growing company level up its team.
- Full-time, in-office presence required in Austin, TX.
