Inside Sales Executive
Our client is a Southwest Austin software / technology company that was built by industry veterans with a proven record. They need ambitious Inside Sales people to help them build the business and be part of the success story.
They have ambitious goals and are looking for driven Inside Sales people to demonstrate and sell their program / platform to new customers, and ensure they get the best experience available. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the success of building out our Partner (B2B) Network.

ABOUT THE JOB:
- Consistently exceed all assigned goals, including customers / partner acquisition, product adoption, customer satisfaction and other metrics.
- Work collaboratively with Sales Management and Partner support personnel to provide an outstanding experience and value to participating customers
- Work with and support the Customer Support Team to successfully onboard new customers to ensure all action items on accounts are completed.
- Provide ongoing feedback to the management team for continuous improvement of our product offering.
- Closing experience (Preferably 1+ year). Being comfortable closing deals is essential.
- Comfortable interacting with prospects by phone and e-mail
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales and/or other quantitative goals, as well as qualitative goals.
- Excellent communication skills. Friendly and Engaging.
- Customer fixated with active listening skills.
- Self-directed, rolls up the sleeves and overcomes obstacles.
- Sets, pursues and follows-through with achieving goals with a sense of urgency.
- Well organized with exceptional attention to detail.
